Job summary

Bondata Helsinki seeks a Cold Installer / Air-Source Heat Pump Installer for the Uusimaa region. You will install and service air-source heat pumps in Greater Helsinki and throughout Uusimaa, from single-family homes to housing associations.

Experienced technicians or those early in their careers are welcome, with training and team support as you gain experience. You will be the company’s representative in customer homes, requiring a customer-friendly approach and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Valid cold-refrigerant license (Tukes, class I) required.
• Valid B-driver's license required.
• Technical aptitude and interest in heat pump technology.
• Customer-oriented and responsible work style.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service air-source heat pumps in homes, housing associations, and commercial sites.
• Install new units, perform maintenance, and conduct site visits.
• Collaborate with teammates or work independently with training and support.
• Represent the company with a strong customer-service mindset and quality workmanship.
