Pirkanmaan Huoltokeskus Oy is seeking an experienced heat pump installer for a permanent position in Tampere. The role focuses on installing and servicing air source heat pumps for households and housing associations; sales and work order management are handled centrally, so you can concentrate on installation.

We offer a year‑round position with a salary of 2,500–3,000 EUR per month depending on experience. Working hours are daytime, with no weekends or on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and servicing air source heat pumps.
• Ready-made heat pump installer with installation and maintenance experience.
• Independent, careful work approach with good customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install air source heat pumps for households and housing associations.
• Maintain heat pumps in the Tampere region.
• Coordinate installations with central sales and work orders.
• Aim for about 2 installations per day.
