Job summary

BeeHealthy seeks an Integration Specialist to act as the technical backbone for customer integrations, connecting the configurable SaaS platform with diverse healthcare ecosystems.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers, integration partners, and our Product and Engineering teams to plan, configure, and test integrations, ensuring seamless operation with external systems and compliance with regulatory realities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role involving complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for integration projects and customer implementations.
• Collaborate with integration partners on requirements, discovery, scoping and testing of customer integrations.
• Resolve issues and configure simple integrations using existing platform tooling; escalate complex work to engineering.
• Translate integration test findings into clear, actionable items for Product and Engineering.
• Work with Tech & Product to improve scalable integration capabilities across projects.
• Ensure integration data complies with GDPR and interoperability standards, flagging regulatory risks.
