Job summary

ROA Talent is recruiting an experienced EHS Advisor for a major data centre project in Finland, Vaasa. This site-based leadership role drives a positive safety culture and ensures legislative compliance to safely deliver the project from start to completion.

Key responsibilities include leading all EHS activities on site, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing RAMS, and coordinating toolbox talks while managing subcontractor EHS performance and reporting KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ EHS experience within construction.
• Experience on large technical builds (data centres, hospitals, industrial plants, warehouses, or similar).
• Contractor-side background strongly preferred.
• Fluent English required; French advantageous.
• EU passport required.
