Elisa Industriq is seeking an experienced Head of R&D to join the Leadership Team and shape our technology and innovation agenda. You will guide product development, engineering excellence and strategic investments to align with customer needs and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to strengthen innovation, drive AI and data initiatives, and lead R&D leaders to deliver value across software, data and analytics.

What we are looking for

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI, data or analytics is a strong advantage.
• Industrial software, manufacturing or telecom experience is a plus.
