Turner & Townsend is expanding its Project Management team in the Nordics, seeking an experienced leader to drive safe delivery and commercial success across a growing portfolio. You will lead project teams, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and ensure projects meet contractual, regulatory and financial targets.

This role focuses on securing opportunities, delivering on-time and within budget, and building robust relationships with clients and partners.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years proven project management experience in either an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Minimum of 5 years experience of developing new project opportunities.
• Proven experience of running a P&L.
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
• Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead their teams in the safe delivery of projects.
• Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenue to the BU.
• Ensure projects are secured and delivered on time and within financial margins.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, regulations, and HSE standards.
• Recruit, train and manage project delivery staff and develop PDPs.
