Job summary

Verda is seeking a Head of IT to own the internal IT function end-to-end—from identity management to SaaS, devices, and corporate infrastructure. You will drive the IT strategy, operations, and technology roadmap in a rapidly scaling environment, collaborating closely with Security, Compliance, and People teams.

This senior role requires autonomy and strong decision-making, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery across a growing international organisation.

Qualifications

• Track record leading IT functions end-to-end.
• Strong IAM, endpoint management and SaaS know-how.
• Experience with IT security controls and risk management.
• Experience with international distributed organisations.
• Ability to balance strategic goals with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Verda's internal IT strategy, operations and technology roadmap.
• Build and operate a secure, reliable, and scalable internal IT environment.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, and employee IT processes.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on IT security controls and compliance.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, procurement and performance.
• Establish and maintain DR, backup, and business continuity processes.
