Flexmill Oy is seeking a Solution Manager to lead product and portfolio management for advanced surface‑finishing automation in Espoo and surrounding areas. You will oversee the product portfolio and architecture, coach product managers, and drive modularity in customized project business.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of industrial automation (mechanics, electrical, software).
• Strong experience in customized project business or specialty machine manufacturing.
• Innate leadership and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product portfolio and architecture of automation solutions.
• Coach product managers and provide clear leadership.
• Drive modularity and standardization within customized project business.
• Build and facilitate communication between mechanical, software, electrical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Continuously develop technical product structures and processes to support growth targets.
