Job summary

CapMan Growth seeks an Investment Associate to participate in all phases of the investment process—from sourcing to executing transactions—and to actively support portfolio companies in value creation during the holding period.

You will perform deal flow generation, company and market analysis, financial modelling and valuation, prepare presentations, coordinate due diligence, and provide hands-on support to portfolio companies to drive growth.

Qualifications

Approx. 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy and business development, or similar.
Higher education degree in finance, economics or engineering.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Hands-on financial modelling experience and understanding of corporate finance.
Long-term interest in private equity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Deal flow generation and sourcing of new investments.
Company and market analysis to evaluate opportunities.
Financial modelling and valuation of potential investments.
Preparing presentations for potential investments and portfolio companies.
Coordinating all aspects of the investment process, due diligence, and external advisers.
Hands-on support in development of portfolio companies.
