Job summary

Golf GameBook in Espoo is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid media, including Google Ads and Meta, to grow our user base and premium subscriptions. You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns, work with data analysts and partners, and report to the Head of Marketing.

The role emphasizes collaboration across marketing teams, external agencies, and creators, with a hybrid work model as we relocate to a new Helsinki-area office in 2027, and a focus on ROAS, CPA, and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2C digital marketing.
• Experience managing Google, YouTube and Meta campaigns.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills.
• Performance-driven with proven CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Excellent collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Fluent English; Finnish/Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other channels.
• Own budget, bidding, testing to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Translate brand partnerships into intent and conversions.
• Collaborate with analytics, content, creative and communications teams.
• Manage external agencies and partners.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
