Job summary

Pliant is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager (m/f/d) in Helsinki to lead compliance initiatives including SOC 2 and PCI DSS. This role emphasizes automation in compliance workflows and direct collaboration with the CISO.

You will be responsible for building and managing compliance programs, integrating checks into CI/CD processes, and working with a small team in a hybrid environment. The position offers flexibility and attractive remuneration with an emphasis on talent development.

Qualifications

• Ownership of at least one full SOC 2 or PCI DSS audit cycle.
• Experience working with tech and engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, DORA.

Responsibilities

• Build automated evidence pipelines against AWS and security stack.
• Integrate compliance checks into CI/CD processes.
• Own the security & compliance program, audits, and risk register.
