Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a proactive Graduate Planning Engineer to join the Project Controls team in Helsinki, Finland and Sines, Portugal.

You will gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting on large-scale construction projects, working closely with senior planners and managers to ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of planning software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Graduation between 2025-2026.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules
• Collect and analyse project data to identify delays and risks
• Assist in preparing look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updatesContribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records
• Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning
