Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. seeks a Graduate Planning Engineer to join the Project Controls team in Helsinki, Finland and Sines, Portugal. You will learn to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report against baselines across large-scale data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Graduation between 2025-2026.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules.
• Collect and analyse project data to identify delays and risks.
• Assist in preparing look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
• Contribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
• Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning.

About the Role
