Job summary

Winthrop Technologies invites a Graduate Planning Engineer to join our Project Controls team in Helsinki, Finland and Sines, Portugal. This role offers hands-on experience in scheduling, reporting and data analysis on large-scale data centre projects.

You will develop schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, assist in progress tracking and risk assessment, and work with senior planners to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Graduation between 2025 and 2026.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Support progress monitoring and reporting against baselines.
• Collect and analyse project data to identify delays and risks.
• Prepare look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather updates.
• Contribute to resource and cost loading within schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
• Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.
