Valmet seeks a Global Technology Manager to lead Resource Efficiency and Analyses within Spare Parts and Field Services. You will manage global products, guide R&D, and help drive value for sales and customers in a fast-paced, international setting.

Based in Jyväskylä, Tikkurila or Raisio, or other major Valmet sites, the role requires travel approx. 50 days per year and strong leadership to align with Valmet leadership principles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's preferred.
• Strong knowledge of board and papermaking processes.
• Business-minded with understanding of value chains and strong project management skills.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing Resource Efficiency and Analyses products.
• Developing competitive product offering.
• Active involvement in R&D process.
• Globally supporting solution creation for sales.
• Setting global price guidelines.
• Managing and putting together reference case stories.
• Driving new product launches together with Services marketing.
• Training global sales and other Valmet stakeholders.
