Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field.
• Strong experience in technical support, SCADA engineering, application engineering, commissioning or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MicroSCADA systems is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent collaboration with international and cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for tasks and customer issues.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Occasional travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex customer cases to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate application issues, system malfunctions and configuration challenges to ensure reliability.
• Provide advanced technical support through the customer portal with timely assistance.
• Advise on software/firmware updates, patch management, system optimization, and best practices.
• Perform technical validations, PoC testing, and customer demonstrations.
• Deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and improve training materials reflecting evolving products and needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by sharing lessons learned and proposing enhancements.
