Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy in Vaasa (Ostrobothnia) is seeking a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager for Grid Automation. Based in Vaasa or Tampere, you will lead domestic and global SCADA/DMS/RTU delivery projects, guiding teams to plan, execute and deliver with a can-do mindset.

You will grow your project management skills across utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure sectors, with potential to advance to senior roles or move into sales or general management.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering required.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office and MS Project.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to work in a flexible project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones.
• Manage project to customer requirements including safety, quality and financial targets.
• Develop project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Monitor project stages to ensure cost control, resource efficiency, risk mgmt, HSE.
• Identify and address project risks; share lessons learned.
• Coordinate contract negotiation and claims with customers with Supply Chain and Legal.
• Achieve deliverables and ensure contract compliance; build relations with customers and stakeholders.
