Job summary

Hartwall, Lahti, part of the Royal Unibrew Group, seeks a Procurement Manager for Raw Materials to lead category strategy, supplier relations, and data-driven sourcing decisions. Based at our Lahti facility, you will drive value across the Hartwall production network and align with the Royal Unibrew group strategy.

You will report to the Procurement Director for Finland and Baltics, manage cross-country sourcing, and champion continuous improvement in the value chain, working in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; CIPS qualification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement and supply chain, preferably in beverage/food industries.
• Proven track record in cross-country category strategies and regional sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on financial KPIs through spend management and budgeting.
• Lead group category strategies with local relevance and supplier development.
• Drive supplier performance with key suppliers and improvement plans.
• Embed procurement best practices across the market and Royal Unibrew community.
• Partner with market stakeholders and cross-functional teams on efficiency initiatives.
• Represent procurement in strategic projects including cross-country sourcing.
• Track supplier landscapes, regulations, and digitalisation trends to spot opportunities.
