Job summary

Etteplan is seeking a Global Quality Manager, Operating Model, to lead the development of our integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) across the global operating model.

Based in Finland with flexible hybrid work, the role partners with senior leaders to ensure efficient execution, consistent customer experience, and scalable, business-driven practices for future growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement.
• Experience in international organizations and global audits.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical processes and governance.
• Proven skills in audits, management reviews, and assessments.
• Collaborative mindset across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and change management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Finnish/Swedish/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Etteplan's Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Harmonize global processes, operating principles, and governance.
• Plan and lead internal audits, management reviews, and maturity assessments.
• Coordinate external certification activities (ISO 9001/ISO 14001).
• Support process owners in process and document management modules.
• Monitor performance against quality and environmental objectives.
• Drive knowledge sharing and a culture of quality across the organization.
• Liaise with senior leaders and managers to deploy the Operating Model.
