Job summary

Etteplan, a leading technology services company, is seeking a Global Quality Manager, Operating Model, to lead the development and continuous improvement of our integrated Quality and Environmental Management System across countries and functions.

You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the Operating Model supports efficient execution, strong performance, and consistent customer experience, with a hybrid role based in Finland and offices in Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Tampere or Lahti.

Qualifications

• Experience building and improving integrated quality and environmental management systems.
• Track record in international organizations.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical governance.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality and Environmental Management System as part of the Operating Model.
• Harmonize global processes and management practices.
• Plan internal audits and management reviews.
• Coordinate external certification activities (ISO 9001/ISO 14001).
• Support process owners and ensure compliance.
