Wärtsilä is seeking a Proposal Manager / Proposal Engineer to lead the preparation and management of technical and commercial proposals for energy projects across markets. The role offers hybrid work with locations in Vaasa (Finland) or Paris (France) and other Finnish sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal engineering, proposal management, or related roles.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in international, multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer requirements and tender documents to shape proposals.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals with Sales and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Supply Management.
• Establish proposal plans and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Identify and communicate proposal-related risks and opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, clarifications, and negotiations.
