Job summary

Lallemand Baking in Lahti, Finland, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee site manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering. You will drive continuous improvement, safety and sustainability while delivering high-quality products for European and North American markets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, set KPIs, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and collaborate across regions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP or equivalent).
• Budgeting, financial planning and capital project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site leadership team and manufacturing workforce.
• Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental and occupational safety standards.
• Manage production performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
