Job summary

Fazer Confectionery in Finland is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations to develop factory maintenance, reliability and development initiatives across Vantaa and Lahti sites. You will ensure equipment, utilities and systems support safe, efficient and cost-effective production in line with our standards and priorities.

• Proven leadership experience and track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability and asset lifecycle management.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop factory maintenance operations to support safe, reliable production.
• Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Lead change and capability development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance budgets, risks and long-term asset planning.
• Oversee equipment upgrades, replacements and small capital projects.
