Job summary

Sandvik in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland, seeks an Operational Readiness Manager to lead global service readiness initiatives within the Parts & Services division. The role focuses on setting direction, developing the readiness philosophy, and ensuring timely entry-into-service of equipment with customers, across regions.

You'll collaborate with service operations, commercial, engineering, sourcing and logistics, requiring strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical reporting

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in international business management consulting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful stakeholder relationships.
• High level of analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction to drive operations service excellence for operational readiness globally.
• Develop and implement the operational readiness philosophy.
• Follow operational readiness business case deviations, escalating issues and establish operational readiness governance.
• Interact closely with key stakeholders: within service operation, commercial, engineering, sourcing, suppliers, logistics, and other divisions.
