Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Manager, Modernization Processes to lead end-to-end global processes for project-based services in the BU Service Quality. The role collaborates with Product Line Modernizations and supports business growth and operational efficiency.

Based flexibly at any Konecranes location, preferably in a European time zone, the role requires strong PM, change management, and multilingual communication to drive process excellence and digital tooling, including potential AI

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process ownership or similar business development roles.
Strong project management experience.
Experience in change management and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Experience leading system development and implementation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication; other languages are a plus.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or higher, is advantageous.
PMI PMP certification is advantageous.
Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems; Siebel and Teamcenter are advantages.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end global processes for project-based services.
Develop and deploy global modernization processes, procedures, guidelines, and systems.
Create documentation and training materials, and maintain existing materials.
Coordinate and provide system, process, and reporting training and support for business users.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
Drive excellence in project management practices across the organization.
