Job summary

ALM Partners in Helsinki is seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen the brand, grow digital presence, and support international growth. You’ll own content creation, campaign planning, digital marketing, and event promotion, working with product leads, sales, and management to translate complex topics into customer-focused materials.

You’ll drive lead generation, monitor performance with analytics, and help organize ALM Day, our flagship event.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing, content marketing or marketing communications experience.
• Proven ability to create content for multiple digital channels.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.
• Experience with web CMS such as WordPress and basic SEO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to drive growth, leads and brand visibility.
• Create content for digital channels: website, social, campaigns, newsletters, events.
• Collaborate with product leads, subject matter experts, sales and management.
• Coordinate and promote events, including ALM Day.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and improve marketing activities.
