Job summary

You will partner with Group Management and business leaders to drive profitable growth, implement robust reporting, and lead continuous improvement of finance systems.

This senior role requires 8–12+ years of multinational finance experience and fluent Finnish and English, based at Polar's Kempele headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience in multinational organizations.
  • Strong FP& A, management reporting and performance management background.
  • Proven leadership in finance organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Group budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial planning.
  • Own Group management reporting framework and timely monthly reporting.
  • Prepare exec reports, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and insights.
  • Partner with management on profitability, costs, pricing, and investments.
  • Strengthen performance management and financial transparency across the organization.
  • Monitor profitability by product, customer, channel, and region.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Group Controlling team.
