Job summary

Lumene Group is seeking a Director, Business Controlling to lead the finance partnering agenda and steer international growth from Espoo, Finland or Stockholm. Reporting to the CFO, you will own management accounting, performance management and financial planning across Lumene Group.

You will partner with country and function leaders, translate strategy into numbers, drive profitability, and build a high-performing Business Controlling team while advancing automation and insightful analytics.

Qualifications

Approximately 10+ years in business controlling or related finance leadership.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders.
Strong understanding of planning, forecasting and profitability analysis.
Experience with FP&A and management accounting.
Experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Own and develop management accounting and reporting across Lumene Group.
Lead long-term planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, connecting strategy, financial ambitions and operational plans.
Drive Finance business partnering across all countries and functions, providing insight and support to senior leaders.
Drive a strong commercial and profitability perspective, helping the business understand performance drivers.
Develop KPIs, analytics and reporting to improve transparency and forward-looking decision-making.
Lead and develop the Business Controlling team, focusing on talent development.
Drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification of controlling, planning and analytics processes and tools.
