- Creation andongoingownership ofpipeline and business developmentforecasts
- Builds and refines epidemiology-driven patient flow modelsandtreatment algorithms
- Designsscenario analyses (e.g., base/upside/downside, competitive entry, pricing & access)to inform forecastensitivities
- Ensuresincorporationof forecast assumptions and outputsinto regional planning processes (go-to-market planning, portfolio reviews, strategic planning, budget updates)
- Tracks key market and organizational performance indicators
- Triangulatesforecast assumptions and outputs withsecondary data, real-worldevidenceand primary market research to generate insights aroundmarket opportunity, unmet need, and competitive dynamics
- Partnersdirectlywith CommercialPipeline Team,Market Access,MedicalAffairs, ClinicalDevelopment,and Patient Advocacyto align assumptions andorganizational deliverables
- Supportsalignment of key assumptions and forecasting forBusiness Development team
- Supports and createsexecutive-levelreports(e.g.governance reviews, investment cases, Business Developmentevaluations)

Required
- Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegree inBusiness, Sciences orFinance
- Minimum of3-5 yearsofexperiencein pharmaceutical/biotechForecasting,Analytics, StrategicPlanningand/or Finance
- Demonstratedforecastingexperience
- Proficient in Exceland otherdata analysis tools
- Highly motivated, thought partnership & entrepreneurialmindset
- Strong understanding of:
- Pharmaceutical productdevelopment processes
- US & Europeanmarket& payerdynamics
- Epidemiologyand patienttreatment algorithms
- Analysisand triangulation of data togenerateinsights
Preferred
- Working familiaritywithsecondarydataresources (e.g., IQVIA,Komodo,GlobalData, Citeline, patient registries, Clarivate, Oracle, ONCrg, Biomedtracker, OncologyPipeline, Beacon)
- Oncology experience
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence toolsfor forecastingand/or market analysis
- Business Development forecasting experience
