Job summary

Edenred Finland is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily finance operations within a dynamic, international team. This role offers exposure to accounting, reconciliations, financial administration, and reporting, helping you grow in a leading global company.

You will join a collaborative team of about 70 professionals, with a fixed-term contract through summer 2027 and a monthly salary of 2400€. We offer meals, wellbeing, transport benefits, health insurance, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or Finance, or you are close to completing your studies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A willingness to learn, support others, and take initiative.
• A flexible, energetic, and proactive approach to teamwork.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Owning the accounts payable process on a daily basis by preparing incoming invoices for approval and allocating costs to the correct accounts and cost centres.
• Responding to finance-related queries from clients and merchants, such as questions concerning invoices, credit notes, and other finance matters.
• Supporting the reconciliation of payments and the accuracy of financial records.
• Managing user access to various finance tools and systems.
• Supporting the Finance team and the Chief Financial Officer with ad hoc analyses related to financial reporting, cost, and budgeting.
