Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our four data center locations in Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage action plans, and drive on-time delivery of all client projects while maintaining service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in global data center operations, strong leadership, and a track record of process improvements, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams supporting server deployments and production environments.
• Experience driving process improvements and using automation to streamline workflows.
• Experience managing change control processes and conducting maintenance activities within production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data centre and server operations initiatives.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials across projects and operations.
• Establish and maintain quality controls to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruption and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare regular status reports and performance metrics for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
