Job summary

Hypermine is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Espoo team. This full-time role involves owning relationships with global mining customers, guiding onboarding and deployment, and driving ongoing adoption to deliver tangible results.

You will help expand partnerships and lay the foundations of our Customer Success function as we scale. You will operate in a fast-paced, international environment, traveling 4–8 weeks per year as needed to support on-site pilots and ensure customer
