Aurora Live is seeking a client-facing advocate to nurture long-term relationships and drive value for our customers in a dynamic, international environment. You will engage with solution providers, coach them to maximize participation in exclusive events, and partner with the sales team to cultivate additional opportunities.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, account management, customer success or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and professional level English.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success through our services.
• Coach and motivate solution providers to get the most out of our service, ensuring they generate valuable leads and connections through 1-to-1 meetings and invitation-only events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities, contributing to increased customer lifetime value.
