Job summary

Konecranes seeks a Corporate Communications Specialist to join the Brand & Communications team, based in Espoo or Hyvinkää, with a hybrid model requiring on-site presence in Espoo a couple of days per week.

You will plan and implement corporate communications, produce content for internal and external media, and collaborate across Business Areas and functions to support transformation projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications; preferably in a listed company.
• Native Finnish and fluent English.
• Strong written and verbal communications; adapt style by audience.
• Digital literacy; comfortable with MS Office, digital tools, social media and AI.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing corporate communications activities in line with strategy and priorities.
• Project management independently and within a team across multiple projects.
• Producing content from concept to publication for internal and external media.
• Supporting strategic and transformation projects and collaborating across Business Areas and functions.
