We are looking for several Business Analyst / Controller Trainees for both our Business Control teams in healthcare and social care services and for management accounting team for the year 2027.

The trainee position that we offer includes a full-time work period of at least three months, after which it is possible to continue working part-time, for example, alongside studies, with opportunities to move into international assignments as well. We offer trainee position opportunities throughout the year, and the specific timing will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. The workplace is located in the center of Helsinki, by Narinkkatori in Kamppi.

You are the person we are looking for if you are a university student, pursuing a Master’s degree. Previous experience in similar roles is considered as an advantage. You are analytical, ambitious, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, rapidly developing, and internationalizing company. You are capable of working independently, taking responsibility from day one, and communicating effectively with numerous different stakeholders.

In this role, you will support business management as part of the Business Control team. The tasks of a Business Analyst / Controller Trainee are varied and may include various development projects related to, for example, corporate acquisitions, investment projects, financial reporting, or the development of Power BI solutions, both in Finland and internationally.
