Job summary

Soukan alueelle Espooseen avautui uusi Lähilääkäritin yleislääkärikeskus. Potilaskäyntejä on arkipäivisin, ja toiminta sisältää kivijalkavastaanoton sekä laboratorion palvelut. Etsimme yleislääkäreitä vakituiseen tai osa-aikaiseen työskentelyyn Soukan sijainnissa.

Meillä työskentelee hoitajien ohjauksessa sujuva päivittäinen toiminta, ja tulevaisuudessa tarjotaan myös työmahdollisuuksia muissa Lähilääkärit paikoissa. Painotamme pitkäaikaisia potilassuhteita sekä laadukasta potilaspalvelua.

Qualifications

• Suomenlainen yleislääkäri, Suomessa voimassa oleva laillinen pätevyys/rekisteröinti
• Potilaan hoito ja seuranta vaativat hyvää vuorovaikutustaitoa ja organisointikykyä
• Tiimityöskentely ja moniammatillinen yhteistyö

Responsibilities

• Hoidat potilaita vastaanotolla ja hoitosuhteita pitkäkestoisesti
• Otat vastaan potilaan terveydentilaa koskevat kutsut ja seuraukset
• Yhteistyö laboratorion ja hoitohenkilökunnan kanssa

Job description

Lähilääkärit, a new doctor-owned medical center chain, opened a new location in Soukka, Espoo in early October. Patient flow has been sufficient from day one and the general practitioner's local service has been welcomed in the area. To meet the demand, we are looking for general practitioners for full-time or part-time work at the Soukka location.

Our concept is clear: we provide high-quality general practitioner services in compact-sized units. The daily operations of the medical center are run by a nurse and we also provide laboratory services there. We focus on providing a traditional brick-and-mortar reception. We handle mainly known patients via remote connections. We participate in Kela's freedom of choice experiment. Next year we will also provide occupational health services. The patient material is diverse and offers the opportunity for meaningful work and long treatment relationships.

We have a nice group and a good spirit of doing. Professionals are paid a fair compensation for their work. You have the opportunity to work, if you wish, also in other Lähilääkärit locations (Kalasatama, Itäkeskus, Tikkurila). So far we are open on weekdays during the day, expanding opening hours later. We especially need a doctor for Monday, Tuesday and Friday days.
