Job summary

Seinäjoen kaupunki in Seinäjoki, Finland, seeks a swimming instructor to deliver engaging lessons. You will plan, execute and communicate swimming instruction and collaborate with the PE instructor responsible for swimming.

You will design lessons and materials for different ages, teach water safety and proper swimming techniques, and coordinate with education and sports services. Start date is 1 Sept 2026 or as agreed, with a four‑month probation.

Qualifications

• Teaching staff qualifications according to decree 986/1998 and SUH swimming instructor qualification.
• Prior swimming teaching experience.
