Job summary

Attendo – a Nordic leader in care services – is recruiting a caregiver for a development disability unit in Espoo. You will map residents’ strengths, plan and participate in activities, and help residents enjoy a high-quality daily life.

The role is full-time, two-shift, start date negotiable. Requirements include Finnish fluency, Social and Health Care qualification (practical nurse or AMK), vaccination protection, hygienic certificate, and a clean criminal record.

Qualifications

• Social and Health Care qualification required (practical nurse or AMK).
• Fluent Finnish is required.
• Criminal background check for contracts longer than three months when working with minors/elderly/disabled.
• Vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act for the duration of employment.
• Hygienic certificate or ability to obtain within three months.
• SOTE professional card (varmennekortti) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents’ assisted living in a versatile way.
• Plan, participate in excursions and recreational activities with the team.
• Support residents to maintain a good, high-quality daily life.
