Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finnish.
• Criminal background check for roles involving elderly clients.
• Sote-ammattikortti (social and health care professional card).
• LOVe medication licenses for handling medicines.

We are seeking a nurse to join Attendo Villa Lauriina in Espoo, Finland, to care for elderly residents with high-quality, safe and individualized care throughout the care relationship.

Villa Lauriina is a 35-bed elderly care home in Muuralan, Espoo.

We strive to meet residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, maintain their functional capacity and respect their autonomy.

The role involves supporting residents in daily activities, supervising medication administration and training the team in medication management, monitoring health status and responding to changes, collaborating with doctors, families and other partners, and acting as a professional support for care assistants.

The position is full-time and permanent, with morning shifts on weekdays; start date negotiable.
