Job description

We are seeking dedicated care workers for a busy, small unit in Kangasala. The role involves creating a safe, meaningful environment for residents, supporting them to achieve personal goals, and providing rehabilitation-focused care.

The position is full-time with 3-shift work. Training and support are provided, with a focus on empowering residents and managing emotions and behavior, including challenging situations. The successful candidate will have a background in elderly or disability care, and will hold relevant licenses and vaccinations as required, plus MAPA training.

Salary follows the private social care sector collective agreement, starting at 2493.06-2719.93 €/month depending on experience, plus Uniikki allowance of 200 €/month.
