Job summary

Treat Health in Helsinki is building healthcare that moves faster, with clinicians reviewing AI-generated insights to decide care. We are hiring a full-time frontend and mobile-focused engineer to work across the entire stack, from UI to backend services, on site in Helsinki.

You will collaborate with a modern tech stack (Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GCP, Cloudflare, Rust, Swift, Kotlin) and contribute to a product used by patients to get timely care, with equity as

• Experience delivering frontend and mobile apps across the full stack.
• Proficiency with Elixir, React/TypeScript, and modern web/mobile tooling.
• Ability to work on-site in Helsinki, Finland.

Job description

Treat Health is building healthcare where the right care takes minutes, not days. Patients describe their concern in their own words, our AI asks the follow-up questions a doctor would ask, and a licensed doctor reviews the whole picture and decides on the care. We started in Finland in 2026.

Right now, agentic frontend engineering and agentic mobile app development matter most to us, and we expect you to work across the whole stack with our assistance and tooling.

Stack: Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GCP, Cloudflare and Rust, with Swift and Kotlin for our native mobile apps. Claude is part of everyday work, from planning and coding to review.

• Salary: €4,500–6,500 per month + 0.25–0.75% equity
• Full-time and on site in Helsinki; working on site is a must
• No relocation or visa support at this time: you must already be able to work legally in Finland
