Job summary

Rise Technologies in Jyväskylä is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our early‑stage fintech team building AI‑powered bookkeeping for SMBs. You’ll work across the full stack—from backend to frontend—shaping core systems that handle real money and real customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and the development team, influence product direction from day one, and participate in AI‑assisted development workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with both backend and frontend development.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Interest in fintech and AI.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a plus.
• Based somewhere in Finland (preferably Jyväskylä) with the option to work on-site.
• Fast learner who can pick up new tools quickly—prior experience with the listed stack is a plus but not required.

We are building AI‑powered bookkeeping that handles small and medium businesses’ finances automatically—purchase invoices, expense reports, receipts, and postings. You’ll work alongside experienced fintech professionals, including the founder of Paytrail.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full stack—from backend to frontend.
• Build and maintain Rise’s core systems, handling real money and real customers.
