About the role

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you are interested in what happens under the hood of modern data solutions and data architectures. You care about data quality, usability and the value it can provide for various business processes. You\'re experienced with data science and engineering practices, including data observability, implementing MLOps (maybe even LLMOps) workflows and real-time data processing. You understand the intersection of ML/AI systems and data engineering and can build scalable pipelines that support both analytical and operational use cases. Experience with cloud-native data architectures (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) is essential.

In practice, this means building data pipelines, integrating systems together, and utilising ML and AI for insights and operational use cases. What we’re looking for

• Experience in planning and building production level data solutions that solve real business problems
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Machine learning modelling and/or natural language processing experience
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines that transform raw operational data into business-ready information products
• Experience in running and monitoring production workloads
• Programming experience in Python and SQL
• Willingness and readiness to learn and operate with new technology platforms, tools, whether low code like Celonis or Fabric or pro code like new cloud infrastructure
• MSc degree in Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
• Professional-level Finnish and English language proficiency

The following is considered a plus:

• Interest in continuously learning and applying new technologies and platforms; generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, among others
• Experience with various tech stacks, e.g. AWS Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, DBT, Apache Kafka, Terraform, or similar
• Experience in utilising data from business technology platforms, such as ERP, CRM or similar (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Experience in transforming data for process and content intelligence purposes
• Previous consulting experience
