JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Planning, managing, and controlling the project budget
• Planning work progress and ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety on site
• Managing and coordinating teams
• Regular reporting to company management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing shipbuilding sites/projects
• Ability to read ship piping system drawings and diagrams
• Engineering/technical education
• Very good knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the work of multiple teams
• Analytical mindset and ability to quickly set priorities, make decisions, and identify risks
• Independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
