Job summary

No formal training is required; the right attitude and reliability are valued. You will receive support from a dedicated staff member, and a criminal record extract less than 6 months old is required before starting.

• Experience in assistance/care is not required; orientation is provided at Aarre Academy.
• Right attitude and reliability are the most important qualities.
• Criminal record extract less than 6 months old is required before starting work.
• No specialized training is needed; you can work with multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance to clients for daily living tasks.
• Assist with shopping, outdoor activities, dining, dressing, hobbies, or home care.
• Coordinate shifts and client assignments; meet each client before starting.
• Work flexibly as full-time, part-time, occasional, or gig work.
