About the job

Our customers are primarily international, large industrial organizations with subsidiaries across the globe. As an Underwriting Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing local insurance policies for the Nordic subsidiaries of Zurich's multinational clients across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. We are currently seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and ambitious person to join our Nordic Underwriting Services Received Team in Helsinki as a Service Specialist. In this role, you will work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with colleagues and customers across multiple countries to deliver high-quality service and support. This is a full-time fixed-term position ending on 30 September 2027, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within Zurich. As a person, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mindset, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You understand concepts and instructions quickly and are comfortable making your own decisions within your own sphere of work but understand when to seek advice. You like to work in a team were helping and supporting each other is an essential part of the success. You have an international mindset and like to work in an international environment.
