Job summary

Presto Oy seeks a full-time fire safety technician to inspect and maintain initial extinguishing equipment and safety devices at customer sites. Join a seven-person team and help ensure ongoing reliability of extinguishers, quick-fire posts, shelters and smoke extraction systems.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Your duties include inspections and maintenance of initial extinguishing equipment and fire safety devices at our customer sites. You will be part of a seven-person team and contribute to keeping extinguishers, quick-fire posts, shelters and smoke extraction systems in working order. You will also help maintain the safety, order and cleanliness of our shared workplace.

About the Role

We value that you keep tools at hand and are eager to learn continuously as our business grows. You are outwardly oriented, responsible, and a team player, and you can also work independently. Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle various customer service situations are important. You are sales‑minded and not afraid to offer customers new services and products. We hope you have at least basic IT skills and a B-class driving licence. Previous experience (e.g., in fire safety or LVIS) is an advantage. A short security clearance may be required for the selected candidate, which is a condition for employment.

Contract & Working Hours

Job type: permanent full-time basis. Working hours: regular daytime hours on weekdays.

Compensation

Salary will be determined according to experience and competence.
