Job summary

Central Uusimaa Rescue Department's Accident Prevention Unit in Vantaa seeks a fire inspector for our professional team. You will conduct fire inspections, provide guidance on accident prevention, and handle statements and decisions, while collaborating with stakeholders and offering versatile customer service.

We value proactive, self-directed work, strong Finnish skills, and a clean security clearance; a Class B driver license is required, and Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety and risk management or an officer degree as per the Rescue Decree (407/2011).
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Strong Finnish oral and written proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fire inspections and supervision tasks.
• Guidance and instruction on accident prevention and self-preparedness.
• Various statements and decisions.
• Stakeholder and network cooperation and versatile customer service.
• Tasks supporting safety communication.
