Workster is partnered with a leading international customer experience firm to recruit Finnish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a fintech platform in Athens, Greece. You will support Finnish-speaking users via phone, email and live chat, handling payments, financing options, and account management.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and interest in financial technology within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Finnish at C1 level or higher with excellent written and spoken skills.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Interest in financial services, digital payments and fintech.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial enquiries professionally.
• Comfort with computers and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finnish-speaking customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Assist with payments, financing options, and billing inquiries.
• Guide users through checkout and payment methods.
• Explain financing agreements and account information clearly.
• Resolve billing issues, refunds, and chargeback queries.
• Handle refunds and disputes professionally.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Document interactions and maintain records in systems.
