Workster is partnered with a leading international customer experience firm to recruit Finnish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a fintech platform in Athens, Greece. You will support Finnish-speaking users via phone, email and live chat, handling payments, financing options, and account management.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and interest in financial technology within an international environment.

Competenze

• Finnish at C1 level or higher with excellent written and spoken skills.

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Advisors for a well-established financial technology platform in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will provide customer support to Finnish-speaking users through phone, email, and live chat, assisting with payment enquiries, financing options, billing issues, refunds, and account management.

Your Role

• Provide professional customer support to Finnish-speaking users through inbound calls, live chat, and email
• Assist customers with enquiries related to payments, financing options, and financial services
• Guide users through online checkout procedures and available payment methods
• Explain financing agreements, payment schedules, and account-related information clearly and accurately
• Support customers experiencing billing issues, payment difficulties, or account verification problems
• Handle refund requests, payment disputes, and chargeback-related enquiries
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, efficient, and personalised solutions
• Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues
• Manage complaints and challenging situations professionally and empathetically
• Identify complex cases and elevate them to the appropriate support teams
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems
• Follow established security, compliance, and data protection procedures
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of individual and team performance objectives

Your Qualifications

• Finnish proficiency at C1 level or higher, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Interest in financial services, digital payments, and financial technology
• Ability to handle customer complaints and sensitive financial enquiries professionally
• Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and customer support tools
• Ability to communicate clearly through telephone, email, and live chat
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, contact centres, or financial services will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 19:00
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens
• Greek tax identification number (AFM) and social security number (AMKA) required for candidates joining the project

The Offer

• On-site position in Athens, Greece (No remote option)
• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 19:00
• Initial training scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00
• Standard employment contract with a six-month probation period
• Additional language allowance for Finnish-speaking employees
• Performance-based bonus opportunities after three months of employment
